For orders, we recommend using the Quote Request page, where you can select a variety of specifications. The office will receive your request & return proofs and quotes to you within 24 business hours.
For reorders, login to your account at www.friendpaper.co/overview and select from items you’ve ordered in the past. Even without previously using your online account, your firm information and order history is pulled directly from our database. See below on how to access your account on the Friend Paper Portal.
Yes, we offer digital proofs for approval before printing begins. You will receive an email with a proof of your design, and we will proceed with printing upon approval.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make adjustments if the order hasn’t already entered production.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error or unsatisfactory quality on our part, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Production time typically takes 7-10 business days, and shipping time depends on your office location. Once your order ships, if we have your email on file, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can click the link to track your package.
