PDF Proofs are for layout and content approval only. By approving a proof sent by Friend Paper you agree to the following:

DESIGN CHANGES

All requested changes, written or verbal, must appear on a proof before printing. Items with design changes are subject to a one-time flat $22 typesetting fee (this will not apply to reorders). 

COLOR MATCHING

Colors may appear differently on screen, and proofs do not reflect the final paper stock or production method. If you need a specific color-match, a physical sample or Pantone code must be provided. We can guarantee color matching for Pantone formula codes, physical samples and/or the most recent print by Friend Paper.

OVER RUNS AND UNDER RUNS

Over-runs and under-runs will not exceed 10% of the quantity ordered. Friend Paper will bill accordingly for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.

PROOF APPROVAL

Once a proof is approved, we are unable to offer discounts or refunds for incorrect information on the final print.
